Beyond the practice, Dr. Phan is deeply committed to serving his community. He volunteers with the ADA’s Give Kids A Smile program, providing dental education and treatment to children who lack access to care. In addition, he provides dental screenings for students in the Murrieta Valley School District, supporting early prevention and long-term oral health for local families.

Outside the office, Dr. Phan enjoys spending time with his wife, Vivian, and their two children, Ethan and Abigail. A strong believer in wellness and personal discipline, he has completed more than 43 marathons, including the challenging Ragnar SoCal Relay, a 200-mile team race from Huntington Beach to San Diego. He is also actively involved in his church, where he finds joy in serving and supporting the spiritual life of his community.
